Entry Requirements

ICSK-L2 -Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills :

Entry requirements for this course:

You must be able to write and converse at Level 2 English.

Students are expected to have a ‘support system’ (e.g. friends,family, employers,etc.) to assist them to make that best of this short course.

All potential students are asked to complete an application form and attend for an interview prior to being offered a place on the course. The minimum course entry age is 16.

CSK-L2-Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills :

Entry requirements for this course:

You must have obtained the CPCAB Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills and or have experience with using ‘helping skills’ in paid and voluntary roles such as a teacher, youth worker, learning mentor,gp,social worker, probation officer,etc..

Entry requirements for this course:

You must have obtained the CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills or their equivalent certificate/vocational experience [1] to enter this course.

TC-L4 Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling:

You must have obtained the CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and the CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies or their equivalent certificate/vocational experience [2] to enter this course.
