 Welcome to the London Life Training Website.

Going back 25+ years ago I decided to embark on my own counselling training. Where I already had a history of supporting others, I sought out vocational training and qualifications that would enhance my existing skills ,challenge my knowledge and increase my insights straight away but would also be valued by potential employers.

London Life Training staff have had experience in developing and or delivering ‘traditional’ 2-3 hours per week/year long courses as well as pioneering and successfully delivering what we call ‘fast track courses’…courses that are carefully designed for those same mature adults with existing transferable skills and insights, but also for those same mature adults that are not wishing to embark on a long and drawn out course of study.

Our courses are generally 10 hours per week, with a 100% vocation and employability focus…Professional Courses for Professional People.

London Life Training’s Current admissions include Teachers, Nurses, Child Care Providers, Doctors, Church Practitioners, Social Workers, Youth Workers, Learning Mentors, etc….the potential list is endless.

After each of our courses (regardless of whether or not you are on one of our introductory courses or one of our more advanced diploma level courses), any one of our students should feel more confident and capable to apply for secure employment in education, health and social care and youth work such as:

  • Learning mentors
  • Support workers
  • Mental health advisors
  • Childcare workers
  • Befrienders
  • Volunteers
  • Help-Line Volunteers and entry level paid staff
  • Criminal justice assistants
  • Social work assistants

London Life Training is very ethical in its business practices and would never accept potential students just for ‘ bums on seats’, we carefully only select candidates that are self motivated, and that have transferable skills and knowledge that would aid them with their written work as well as with their practical skills practice.
